As of Wednesday, Oct 1, 24 Viacom networks were removed from Suddenlink service. This comes after Suddenlink and Viacom have failed to reach a new agreement over pay rates.
“After five months of negotiations, Suddenlink abruptly stopped negotiating with Viacom one week ago,” Viacom said in a statement. “Suddenlink took the unprecedented step of rejecting its own proposal and informed Viacom that it will drop our networks tonight when our deal expires.”
